Employee Policy Counseling
- We’ll appoint an individual Counselor to talk with your employee, and walk them through the company Policy and together they’ll

- The Compass Counselor assigned to your employee will be available during normal work hours as well evenings, weekends and holidays in
case of an emergency.
Home Marketing
- Because we are independent, we are free to use the best in class full time relocation savvy agent in each area of the country.
- This program gets your employee to the new location and focused on the new job more quickly.
- It greatly reduces the need for temporary housing and storage of household goods. We will send out at
least two agents to do a Broker Market Analysis (BMA) for your employee.
- The goal here is to give the employee insight into current market conditions, competitive listings so we can establish a true and realistic sales price.
- Our goal is to get the house sold for the highest dollar amount in the shortest Days on Market (DOM) time.
